The competition is being conducted by Brickworks Marketplace, of 38 South Rd, Torrensville SA 5031.

The Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 14 years and over. Brickworks Marketplace employees, store-owners, retailers and their families are ineligible to enter.

In the event of the winner being under 18 years of age, the prize will be given to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

To enter the competition, participants must complete the online form via https://www.brickworksmarketplace.com.au/fathers-day-giveaway to submit their entry.

Any form of automatised entry using any devices or software is invalid.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple entries with a single purchase or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

The prize winner will need to collect the prize from Brickworks Centre Management 38 South Road, Torrensville SA 5031.

The person filling in the entry form (“the participant”):

a)     Must complete all mandatory fields in the Entry Form;

b)     An incomplete or illegible or incorrectly answered Entry Form will be held to be ineligible and have their entry removed from the competition.

c)     Agree to sign up to the Brickworks Marketplace mailing list.

d)     Agree to have their answer to “Tell us your Dad's best one liner” shared publicly by Brickworks Marketplace.

Entries are limited to one entry per person.

The competition commences 7.00am (ACST) on 19.09.25 and closes 6.09.25 11:00pm (ACST). Late entries will not be accepted.

The winning entry will be decided on 08.09.25.

The winner will be notified by email with instructions on how to redeem the prizes by 3pm (ACST) on 08.09.25. The winner shall be notified by the email address supplied in their entry form.

The winner must claim their prize by the 30.09.25. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

The unclaimed prize entry will be randomly electronically drawn, using the computerised drawing system on 1.10.25.

The decision as to the winner of the prize is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

By filling out the entry form online the participant consents to having the information on the Entry Form stored, retained and used by Brickworks Marketplace, FRP Capital or any of its related companies for the purpose of sending to the participant other promotional material from Brickworks Marketplace, FRP Capital or any of its related companies or affiliates.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

The photos used in any promotional material are used for illustration purposes only, in which it may not depict the exact same items that are to be given away in this competition.
